Consider asking for a room away from the road for a quieter night's sleep. The views and decor make it a pleasant place.

Close proximity to the high street and the beach made exploring a breeze, all within easy walking distance. The character of the building adds charm, with historic beams and unique room layouts that reflect its age while keeping it cozy.
While the hotel's charm is undeniable, the lack of double glazing lets in some road noise, especially noticeable at night. A bit of a climb back to the hotel can be tiring, and downtimes like average breakfast quality and limited toiletries can prove slightly annoying, as can a lack of dog amenities despite being charged for them. ongoing building work might not suit everyone’s idea of a peaceful stay.

Had a lovely one-night stay with my family in a spacious room that felt like home, and the breakfast pastries were a delightful treat. The kids enjoyed the cozy TV lounge, while we relaxed in the beautiful garden overlooking the bay. The only tiny setback was that the TV in the room could use an update, but it didn't take away from our wonderful experience. 😊

Great spot for families!
Had a nice stay for 1 night. Our room was spacious for the 4 of us and the dog. Beds were comfy & brekkie was really good. Only issue was the staff didn’t have much training, so service was a bit slow. the location was super handy, just a short walk to town, and we loved the cozy bar area for evening drinks!

Great location with stunning views of the sea.
The room had several maintenance issues that were troubling. The towel rail was broken, and the desk needed painting. the breakfast quality was disappointing, with overcooked eggs and hard muffins. It felt like the hotel could benefit from some much-needed TLC.

Free car park, characterful building, lovely garden views
Dusty carpets on stairs need serious cleaning!!! Minor maintenance issues like stained carpets and poorly placed furniture would enhance the overall appearance dramatically. A little effort would go a long way towards making guests feel valued!!!
